Another Mac lipstick dupe at £1!

So I have another dupe for the mac lipstick in the shade Myth which cost £15.50. The dupe is by MUA Cosmetics and totals at only £1. Its their lipstick in the shade Totally Nude.

The lipstick by MUA is more matte than Mac but a clear lip gloss or balm can give it the same sheen.

Holiday essentials.

Cant wait for your holiday? Only problems.... Frizzy hair, makeup sliding off and never knowing what to even pack in the first place, Here are a few of my holiday essentials to help!





First for your hair, macadamia oil! Be careful not to put to much in and make your hair greasy. My hair is a natural frizzy mess but after using it and blow drying my hair straight after a shower its smooth, sleek with a bounce.
Best part of this besides the pretty packaging its only 99p and can be found in stores like home bargains and £1/99p stores.

For people who wear make up, here is my second essential, TALCUM POWDER/SETTING POWDER! You can use both to 'bake' your makeup. It keeps your makeup in place for longer and stops it sliding half way down your face.

Now clothes, or more importantly the statement bikini. Normally this would mean a red or white bikini but pastel are finally making it! Here is one from river island which I love and fingers crossed hope to one day own.

Step by step guide to full over lined lips.

The best lipstick  for over lining has a matte finish, this is because your lips are set forward and a shine or silk finish shows this.

Sorry for my face, please ignore it ;)

First start with no makeup on the lips.

2, Following your qupids bow but about 1 cm higher draw what looks like a little mustache. I like to build this up as obviously your lips are more forward than above your qupids bow.

Step 3, join the mustache to the top lip. MAKE SURE YOU JOIN THE LINER TO YOUR ACTUAL LIPS IN THE CORNER. If you dont do this you will look like a fish/blow up doll (trust me I did it) then line underneath the bottom lip in the center (again about 1 cm away from your lips) I again went opver this line to thicken it.

Step 4, Join the liner to your natural bottom lips in the corner.

Step 5, Colour in the liner with lipstick!

There you go, fuller lips with no pain.

Tiny Mac haul, like super small.

Finally got the three main mac products I wanted forever.

These are Prep + Prime Fix plus spray- Its amazing, Ive been to the gym and then swimming and my makeup is still intact!

Fluidline Brow Gelcreme (deep Dark Brunette)- My eyebrows have never been so sharp and beautiful, I'm in love!

Skinfinish natural in give me sun- I think everyone should get this its amazing, gived you a beautiful glow and a soft contour. Its super pigmented too so you dont need loads.

Best skin/acne treatment I have ever used!

I have really oily skin and with wearing makeup most days I break out a lot too, but after using clinique soap for men my skin is so much better.
I have 90% less spots, my skin is smooth and not patchy anymore.
I use the highest strength and found the men version of the face soap alot more rewarding than the womens.

It's £15 but last between 6 months - 8 months when you use it twice a day

A little something personal

So I wanted to share omething personal and close to my heart. Me and my boyfriend have been together since 2/1/2013 and we have tattoos for each other.
I know what youre thinking but hear me out.

To start its not each others names (aka the kiss of death) but it is soulmate or friend of the heart in latin.

He has Amicus (friend) on his right wrist and I have Cordis (heart) on my left wrist, that way when we hold hand the words combine to say friend of the heart.

QUICK TIP Cheap way to set makeup!

Instead of buying expensive powder to set your makeup simply use talc!

Its much cheaper, last longer and makes your face smell cotton fresh. It stops under eye makeup from creasing and you can use it to bake your makeup too!

Natural feeling make up with a subtle lip

I can not express how much I am in love with macs soar lip liner and lipstick in brave. The earthy tones make it great for a little something extra on simple makeup but also looks rock glam for a night out.

I used BB cream to give a more natural feel and less coverage Along with tattoo liquid eyeliner from Boots by seventeen to create a small line at the root of the lashes. A few coats of mascara and then soar an brave.

Don't feed them after midnight!

So I saved up forever for this shirt. I love the Gremlins movie so it was never a question to buy this shirt. It is also one of the most comfortable shirts I have ever worn and is long lined too! It is out of stock but they have similar items online and still a bunch of cool gremlin items.

Lime & Leather

Lime seems to be making a come back and I started my relove for lime with a lime, front zip skater dress from New Look. At £24.99 its not to bad on the bank account either!

I paired this with a simple black leather jacket, also from New Look, which was perfect for a casual night out. I feel it gave the dress a more rocked up look.

To finish the outfit off I put on an old necklace and some chunky black sandals from Primark.

For makeup I wanted drama for my eyes as well as continuing that rock chic feel. Using Barry M Smoking hot pallette I manged a dark smokey eye with ease.
